Client Objective: Optimization of existing workspace

Artreum Group was commissioned to reconfigure and enhance an office space near Liverpool Street, a prime business location in the City of London. The client was looking to optimize their workspace and refresh its aesthetic. The goal was to enhance functionality, improve flow, and create a more modern and efficient environment. 

Our scope of work included:

  • Office Layout Modification – We reconfigured the workspace to maximize efficiency and better suit the client’s operational needs.
  • Comms Room Expansion – The existing comms room was extended to accommodate growing IT infrastructure.
  • Partition Works – Removed various single skin walls, constructed new partitions, and installed glazed partitions for improved spatial flow and aesthetics.
  • New Office Entrance – We built a refreshed and inviting office entrance to enhance first impressions.
  • Kitchen Expansion & Storage Solutions – Extended the kitchen area and integrated additional storage for greater practicality.
  • Furniture – Supplied new desking to match existing furniture, installed phone booths for private calls, and provided digital combination lockers for secure storage.
  • Boardroom & Meeting Room – Furnished the space with high-quality boardroom and meeting room furniture to enhance collaboration and professionalism.
  • Lighting Adjustments – Repositioned light fittings to align with the revised office layout, ensuring optimal illumination.

 

This transformation resulted in a modern, efficient, and well-structured office space that aligns with the client’s evolving needs, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics
