Client Objective: CAT B Office Fit-Out

Artreum Group was appointed to design and build the a CAT B office fit-out for Remedium Partners, following their proposed relocation to a newly renovated building in the heart of Barbican, City of London. The project encompassed two empty floors, which we transformed into a modern and dynamic workspace tailored to the client’s operational needs and brand identity.

Our scope of work included:

• Mechanical & Electrical Installations – Ensuring a fully integrated and efficient infrastructure.
• Partitioning & Space Planning – Constructing new walls and installing glazed partition offices and meeting rooms.
• Kitchen & Breakout Areas – Creating functional and stylish spaces for employee wellbeing.
• Games Area – Enhancing the workplace with a dedicated recreational zone.
• Flooring – Installing high-quality carpet and Amtico flooring for a premium finish.
• Bespoke Joinery – Crafting custom elements to complement the office aesthetic.
• Biophilic Design Features – Installing 2 striking preserved moss walls to introduce natural elements.
• Branded Ambience – Incorporating neon lighting to various areas for a bold and contemporary feel.
• Furniture – Delivering a high-spec boardroom setup to complete the space.
